I’m Jemima - or Mima, an online coach, personal trainer and IFBB Bikini athlete helping busy women build bodies they feel confident in, without extreme diets, bland meal plans or making fitness their entire personality.
After losing 60kg myself and keeping the results, I know first-hand that lasting change doesn’t come from another quick fix. It comes from proper structure, support, education and a plan that actually fits your life.
Through personalised coaching, training, nutrition guidance and honest accountability, I help you stop guessing, start lifting properly, fuel your body better and finally feel like you know what you’re doing.
No all-or-nothing nonsense. No living off chicken and broccoli. No “just try harder” rubbish.
Just a realistic, supportive approach to getting stronger, leaner and more confident - in a way you can actually maintain.

ABOUT ME.
I’m Mima, the coach behind JFW Fitness - personal trainer, online coach, IFBB Bikini athlete, and a woman who has been through the messy middle herself.
Before I became a coach, I lost 60kg and completely changed my relationship with training, food and my body. So when I say I understand what it feels like to feel stuck, overwhelmed, frustrated, or like nothing ever works for you… I really do.
But I also know that lasting results don’t come from starving yourself, cutting out everything you enjoy, or trying to be perfect Monday to Friday before going feral at the weekend.
My coaching is built around real life.
Busy schedules. Long work days. Social plans. Low motivation. Gym anxiety. Emotional weeks. Holidays. Meals out. All the normal stuff that most cookie-cutter plans completely ignore.
I help women build structure, confidence and consistency through progressive training, realistic nutrition guidance, honest accountability and proper support. The goal isn’t just to lose weight or change your body - it’s to understand how to actually maintain your results without constantly starting again.

JFW Fitness coaching is for busy women who are done guessing, starting over, and trying to force themselves into plans that were never built for their actual life.
This isn’t a generic workout PDF or a “good luck babe” meal plan. It’s personalised coaching designed to help you build structure, confidence and consistency around your training, nutrition and lifestyle - without needing to become a full-time fitness influencer to see results.
You’ll get a plan tailored to your goals, routine, experience level and preferences, so you know exactly what to do in the gym, how to fuel your body, and how to make progress without living in an all-or-nothing cycle.
